Kevin always knew he was different, even as a young child he knew. The girls never interested him for anything more than as casual playmates or friends, and although he loved the girls, it wasn’t like the others. He always knew that he was probably gay, but when you’re young, you don’t really understand all the feelings and emotions that fly inside you while you grow up in adulthood. A affection? It was something Kevin couldn’t even understand by trying in his small middle class of the western city, who else would he show this affection? Because all he knew was the only gay kid in his entire school, and no one suspected that he was queer, and he wasn’t about to go out when he felt that even his parents wouldn’t understand, so feeling alone was something that he used to do. He was certainly looking forward to his first year in State U., feeling sure that at least he would find others in the same boat as he!!! The first weeks of collegial life were haiting to say the least, which with twenty five thousand students in one place was overwhelming and exalting! It was the first time Kevin had been alone for a long time, but he easily moved into a comfortable routine and even began to make some friends in his classes as well as in his dorm. His roommate, Tom, was a fresh man from Chicago, so many nights were spent telling each other’s city life. Kevin had to admit that Tom’s stories were much more interesting than hiss because Tom seemed to have a lot of stories to tell about the girls he had with and the wild sex they had together. Fortunately for him, Tom didn’t really try to throw himself into Kevin’s personal background, so Kevin didn’t even lie about the feats with the opposite sex!
