Human Plate

Just before the holidays, I received a call from an old friend, Hans, who is a major player in the business world. It brought together a special group and end of year for very powerful Asian businessmen. The party missed something he told me, and it was a special entertainment! He wanted Stella to join them this weekend that he hosted on a small Caribbean island. She was excited and nervous, but the plans were made, and she was picked up one Thursday night by a limo who drove her to a private airport where she joined Hans for a flight on that island’s corporate jet. He didn’t give him any of the details of who was going to be there or what was going to be done, but he had the limousine driver giving me an envelope that contained complete details just so I could follow and he also assured me that she would call and someone would email me often to keep me in the loop in real time with everything that was happening.
